π§ About the Role
Weβre looking for a B2B Sales / Account Manager to drive our commercial growth.
Youβll take full ownership of the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and territory building to closing strategic deals and nurturing accounts long-term.
Youβll engage with C-level executives, security leaders, and IT stakeholders to position Elimity as the trusted partner for identity governance.
This role offers autonomy, visibility, and the chance to shape how we sell into regulated industries.
β Key Responsibilities
Drive Growth & Close Deals

Identify and engage mid-market and enterprise prospects in key verticals (e.g., finance, manufacturing, insurance)

Own the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, demo, proposal, closing

Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles with a consultative approach
Manage & Grow Strategic Accounts

Build long-term relationships with key customers

Identify expansion opportunities and upsell relevant product modules

Represent Elimity at customer meetings, events and industry forums
Collaborate Across Teams

Work closely with marketing, pre-sales and customer success to ensure alignment across the customer journey

Contribute customer insights that shape our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
π Who Weβre Looking For
Youβre a confident communicator with a strong technical foundation and a passion for helping customers find solutions.
We think youβll be a great fit if you have:

Have +2 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in software or consulting

Know how to sell into complex buying groups (security, compliance, IT, C-level)

Are consultative, proactive, and results-driven

Are organised and confident, managing multiple deals at once
