👨‍💻 About the Role

We’re hiring a Presales Engineer to support our growth and help enterprise customers succeed with Elimity Insights.

This is a customer-facing technical role where you’ll bridge the gap between product and prospect.

You'll work directly with prospective customers to uncover needs, demonstrate technical fit, and guide the early solution design.

Once a project is greenlit, you’ll also stay involved to ensure a smooth handoff and successful implementation.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• 💡 Lead product demos and technical deep dives during sales conversations

• 📐 Translate customer needs into clear solution architectures

• 🧠 Support RFPs, proposals, and project scoping

• 🛠️ Advise on deployment models (SaaS vs. on-prem), data flows, and integration approaches

• 🤝 Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

• 📋 Assist with planning and coordination of early-stage deployment efforts

• 🧾 Produce technical documentation and solution outlines for hand-off to engineering

🙌 Who We’re Looking For

You’re a confident communicator with a strong technical foundation and a passion for helping customers find solutions.

We think you’ll be a great fit if you have:

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Commercial Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience

• Professional experience in cybersecurity or identity & access management

• Proven success in a presales, solution engineering, or technical consulting role

• Familiarity with concepts like REST APIs, cloud/on-premise deployments, and system integrations

• Strong organizational skills and experience with project scoping and planning

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken

• A proactive, results-oriented mindset — you get things done and enjoy team wins

• A willingness to wear multiple hats and help shape how we work with enterprise clients
